- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- pinch pink Himalayan salt optional
- 1/6 cup warm water
Add the tahini, garlic, salt, and cumin and mix well.
Slowly add the water and mix well. You'll get a creamy consistency. You can add more water if you would like it runnier for dressings.
Serve with sandwiches, wraps or salads.
