Easy Gluten Free Vegan Crackers

Super simple gluten free cracker recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix almond flour, flax seeds, water, salt and seasonings to a bowl.
  3. Mix till you get dough like texture.
  4. Place dough on parchment paper or silicone baking mat and cover with another piece of parchment.
  5. Roll the dough till flatten to 1/16 inch thickness and cut into small squares.
  6. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until edges get slightly golden. Let cool and pop out pieces. Serve with hummus or vegan cheese, enjoy!
