Easy Gluten Free Vegan Crackers

Super simple gluten free cracker recipe

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix almond flour, flax seeds, water, salt and seasonings to a bowl.
Mix till you get dough like texture.
Place dough on parchment paper or silicone baking mat and cover with another piece of parchment.
Roll the dough till flatten to 1/16 inch thickness and cut into small squares.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until edges get slightly golden. Let cool and pop out pieces. Serve with hummus or vegan cheese, enjoy!
