Easy Gluten Free Vegan Crackers

Super simple gluten free cracker recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix almond flour, flax seeds, water, salt and seasonings to a bowl.
  • Mix till you get dough like texture.
  • Place dough on parchment paper or silicone baking mat and cover with another piece of parchment.
  • Roll the dough till flatten to 1/16 inch thickness and cut into small squares.
  • Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until edges get slightly golden. Let cool and pop out pieces. Serve with hummus or vegan cheese, enjoy!
