Ingredients
  

  • 5 carrots
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 1/4 large beet
  • 1/2 inch ginger (if too strong add smaller amount)
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Wash and rinse all vegetables and fruit.
  • Cut vegetables into sizes that will fit your juicer.
  • Add all ingredients into juicer. Alternate between hard vegetable and soft vegetable to help softer vegetables through.
  • Drink immediately or store in an air tight jar in the refrigerator.
