Healing Carrot Juice

Carrot juice recipe with disease fighting benefits

Ingredients
  

  • 5 carrots
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 1/4 large beet
  • 1/2 inch ginger (if too strong add smaller amount)
  • 1/2 lemon

Method
 

  1. Wash and rinse all vegetables and fruit.
  2. Cut vegetables into sizes that will fit your juicer.
  3. Add all ingredients into juicer. Alternate between hard vegetable and soft vegetable to help softer vegetables through.
  4. Drink immediately or store in an air tight jar in the refrigerator.
