Carrot juice recipe with disease fighting benefits
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 5 carrots
- 5 celery sticks
- 1/4 large beet
- 1/2 inch ginger (if too strong add smaller amount)
- 1/2 lemon
Wash and rinse all vegetables and fruit.
Cut vegetables into sizes that will fit your juicer.
Add all ingredients into juicer. Alternate between hard vegetable and soft vegetable to help softer vegetables through.
Drink immediately or store in an air tight jar in the refrigerator.
