Deliciously Creamy Vegan Strawberry and Banana Sorbet

Using only 4 ingredients this creamy strawberry banana is vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp date sugar

Method
 

  1. Add the coconut milk in the blender.
  2. Add in the frozen strawberries, bananas, and date sugar.
  3. Blend all the ingredients. Use the tamper to push all the ingredients if using a Vitamix. Make sure not to over blend as it will cause melting and turn it into a smoothie.
  4. Serve immediately with some fresh strawberries, bananas and coconut shreds. Store leftovers in a freezer safe container and good for a month. When eating frozen leftovers let it sit out at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to thaw.
