Add in the frozen strawberries, bananas, and date sugar.
Blend all the ingredients. Use the tamper to push all the ingredients if using a Vitamix. Make sure not to over blend as it will cause melting and turn it into a smoothie.
Serve immediately with some fresh strawberries, bananas and coconut shreds. Store leftovers in a freezer safe container and good for a month. When eating frozen leftovers let it sit out at room temperature for 8-10 minutes to thaw.
