Very Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oatmeal
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh wild blueberries
  • 1/8 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 tsp acai powder
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp dried shredded coconut
  • 1/8 cup coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Place oatmeal and water in small sauce pan and bring to boil. Cook oatmeal for about 8- 10 min on medium heat
  • Place oatmeal into bowl and add blueberries, goji, and acai powder
  • Sprinkled cardamom, chia seeds, and coconut.
  • Pour in some coconut milk. Mix and enjoy!
