1 1/2cupsnut assortment of walnuts, pecans, and hazelnuts( can use any nut to your liking )
5 - 6piecesof dates
1tbspground flax
1 tbspchia seeds
1dried fig (optional)
1/8cupgoji berries (optional)
2 - 3piecesof dried mango (optional)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for about 1 - 2 minutes. Do not over-blend as it will release too much of the oils from the nuts.
Pour into molds and press down to form shapes. You can also roll them into balls, make sure to press the mixture as it can be crumbly.
Store into an air-tight container and good for 5 days at room temperature.
