Instant Pot Chickpeas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (130g) dried chickpeas
  • 4 cups (946.35g) filtered water

Method
 

  1. Place dried chickpeas in a mesh colander and rinse underwater till water runs clear.
  2. Place rinsed chickpeas in instant pot and pour 4 cups of water.
  3. Secure lid and make sure pressure release is on sealed.
  4. Enter 40 minutes on Bean/Chili setting.
  5. Once timer goes off pull of the pressure release and open once silver safety pressure indicator drops. Serve with salad and enjoy!
