Super Nourishing Kale Smoothie

Amazing jam packed antioxidant smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 40 oz organic kale packed
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/8 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp organic amla powder
  • 1 sprinkle of cardamom
  • 1/2 inch aloe vera gel  (optional, cut from plant and skin removed)

Method
 

  1. Start adding the packed kale into a high speed blender.
  2. Add frozen fruits and banana
  3. Add seeds, powders, spices and aloe gel
  4. Blend for 1 min or until all ingredient and seeds have been completely blended
