flaxseeds

organic amla powder

sprinkle of cardamom

aloe vera gel
(optional, cut from plant and skin removed)
Method
Start adding the packed kale into a high speed blender.
Add frozen fruits and banana
Add seeds, powders, spices and aloe gel
Blend for 1 min or until all ingredient and seeds have been completely blended
