  • 1/2 cup wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup berry mix (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup mangoes
  • 1 tbsp whole flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and mix till all the ingredients are well blended. Make sure seeds are broken down. Enjoy!
