Berry Mango Smoothie

Jump to Recipe

I make this smoothie every morning for my kids as a great way to up their antioxidant intake with wild blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Mangos are high in vitamin c and I add flaxseeds as a protein and omega-3 for its anti-inflammatory benefits. It’s best to use whole flaxseeds in smoothies as pre-ground flaxseeds have lost some of their benefits due to oxidation. The blender should also be able to break down whole seeds.
