Natural Electrolyte Water

Jump to Recipe

I usually start my morning with a warm glass of lemon water. This is a great way to get your digestive track warmed up. But if I need an extra boost I’ll make this natural electrolyte drink. It’s great for when you’re feeling sick. It’s super easy to make your own electrolyte water with a few simple ingredients. Plus it’s without the preservatives that are in store bought sports drinks. I use date syrup as it high in minerals like zinc, magnesium, potassium, iron, and calcium. Coconut water is its’ own natural electrolyte water because of it’s high mineral content, so I like to add it to enhance this drink.
