Natural Electrolyte Water

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 of a lemon squeezed
  • 1/8 tsp pink himalayan salt or sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp date syrup or honey

Method
 

  1. Heat up water in a tea kettle or an electric kettle to get it slightly warm and not too hot
  2. Pour warm water into a mug. Pour the coconut water and squeeze fresh lemon juice
  3. Add the salt and date syrup and mix well.
