artichoke pods

pressure cooked quinoa

salt and pepper to taste

juice of a lime
Instructions
Mix the arugula and cabbage in a large bowl
Add cut onions, mushrooms, radishes, avocado, mushrooms and artichoke
Add lentils, quinoa, and edamame
Sprinkle spices on top and lime juice. Mix and enjoy!
