I love adding quinoa to my salads for an extra boost of protein, fiber and it’s high in vitamins and minerals. Pressure cooking them is super simple and fast. Plus it removes lectins, which can be disruptive to your digestion. I chose tri-color quinoa since it’s higher in antioxidants because of its color. Try to find foods that have more color since it’s higher in antioxidants. I always try to “eat the rainbow” when it comes to my meals. I love adding this to my Super Health Boost Salad.
