These delicious crackers are super easy and made with only a few ingredients. I make these several times a week whenever I have chips or cracker cravings. Plus they are gluten-free, oil-free, and vegan! You can also incorporate your own favorite spices into this recipe. Just use the base of the almond flour and flax egg.

Let’s Bake!
What you’ll need:
- Almond Flour
- Ground Flaxseeds
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Italian Seasoning
- Rosemary
- Water
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place almond flour in a medium bowl and add ground flaxseeds and water.
Add in the italian seasoning and rosemary to the bowl. Add in the three tablespoons of water and mix.
Mix the ingredients till you get a dough like texture.
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Roll out the dough to about 1/16 inch thickness. Cut the dough into small squares.
Bake for about 15 – 18 minutes or until sides of turned golden brown. Let cool and pop out from baking tray. Serve with hummus or vegan cheese, enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix almond flour, flax seeds, water, salt and seasonings to a bowl.
- Mix till you get dough like texture.
- Place dough on parchment paper or silicone baking mat and cover with another piece of parchment.
- Roll the dough till flatten to 1/16 inch thickness and cut into small squares.
- Bake for 15 – 18 minutes or until edges get slightly golden. Let cool and pop out pieces. Serve with hummus or vegan cheese, enjoy!
