Using only 4 ingredients, this delicious creamy strawberry and banana sorbet is vegan and gluten-free. I wanted to make a strawberry sorbet that was creamy and not too tart. So banana and coconut milk make this sorbet taste delicious and give it that nice creamy texture. I recommend making this in a high-speed blender. You could try another vegan dairy but it may not have the same creamy texture that coconut milk gives. This is a great dessert to get your fruit intake plus my kids absolutely love this. It’s a much healthier frozen dessert that the whole family will enjoy.
